Located near the rock-climbing site, under a canopy of luscious greenery, the Resort’s professional archery range enables beginners and intermediates alike to practise holding, aiming and shooting with a recurved longbow and a full-size target board, supported by an experienced archery instructor. Children aged 12 and over can experience their first taste of using a bow and arrow, with expert supervision and help from fully trained instructors.

Fly above the sparkling water with revolutionary under-foot Jetblades (the first in Malaysia), or take to the waves with jet- and water-skis, wake-boarding, paddle-boarding and inflatable tubes. Just a short distance from the Royal Villa, adults can scale an impressive 12-metre (40-feet) limestone outcrop with four different levels to suit varying abilities. A brief walk across the cliff followed by a thrilling abseil back to terra firma completes this unique two-hour experience. Children as young as five can become intrepid jungle explorers during mini rock-climbing and abseiling activities, scrambling up and down heights of up to five metres (16 feet) under the watchful eye of highly experienced staff.

Ikan-Ikan (Malaysian)

Built in the style of a limas, a traditional Malaysian home, Ikan-Ikan – which means fish in Malay – highlights authentic Malay cuisine. Savour ocean-fresh catch in distinctly Malaysian flavours, including spiced and coconut-infused specialties that draw on traditional recipes from across the country. The restaurant is divided into four main areas including a two-storey pavilion, an open-air deck with ocean and garden views, a cocktail bar and a dining room for 16.

Serai (Mediterranean)

Meaning ‘Lemongrass’ in Malay, Serai celebrates the sun-drenched flavours that spread along the Mediterranean coast. A creative dinner menu of modern grills, homemade pastas, risottos, salads and appetisers is served on the open-air terrace under the stars. The lower roofed terrace hosts gourmet buffet breakfasts featuring an array of international favourites, from Continental to Asian, including local delicacies prepared à la minute.

Kelapa Grill (Western, Asian and grilled favourites)

Casual and lively, Kelapa Grill is open for lunch and dinner. Its daytime menu features imaginative light fare from Asian stir-fries to wood-fired pizzas. By night, the beachfront Kelapa Bar becomes a great spot to enjoy sunset drinks before a sumptuous dinner of grilled classics including fresh local seafood and prime aged steaks.

Rhu Bar

An intricate tapestry of rich colours and textures sets the ambience for this Middle Eastern-inspired lounge. Begin the evening here with pre-dinner drinks. Take in the jewel-toned sunset from a Moghul swing overlooking the beach or a wicker sofa piled high with cushions.
