PRIME – The celebrated steakhouse serving the finest Australian Angus Wagyu beef, fresh seafood and local produce has come into its own that incorporates open food preparation stations, impressive wine displays, and a ‘water courtyard’ seating area.
Tapasake – The most breathtaking lagoon venue with over-water seating offers a completely original fusion menu that blends the concept of Spanish tapas with exciting pan Asian flavours, for a truly unique experience.
La Terrasse – In our much loved, main restaurant, chefs prepare a wide rangeof delicious local and international specialities before your eyes in brand new open kitchen stations. At the same time, al fresco dining pavilions sits atop outdoor water features for a stunning open-air dining experience.
L’Artisan – This artisanal bakery and coffee shop provides the perfect haven to enjoy informal, light fare – from fresh salads, to handmade sandwiches and pastries, at any time of the day.
La Pointe – Beach-side eating takes a delicious turn at our Palm Grove venue, where the daily catch will be grilled over firewood for that authentic barbecue flavour, with an authentic ‘feet in sand’ atmosphere.
Le Badamier – idyllically located beneath the tropical sway of the Badamier trees and overlooking the Indian Ocean, serving freshly caught seafood.
An array of activities including a fitness centre, paddle courts, tennis courts and complimentary non-motorised water sports are provided, as well as an internationally acclaimed One&Only Spa. A fully supervised kids club is also available complimentary for children between 3-11 years.

The Villa reigns supreme with its relaxed and discreet luxury, private swimming pool and separate entrance. A team of valets, butler and chef are constantly on hand.
With two spacious bedrooms, The Villa is hidden in a peaceful corner of the estate. Every day, the Sports Team organises and co-ordinates a host of team-sport matches including volleyball, mini-football, bocciball, badminton, tennis, croquet, table tennis and beach soccer. Cross-island bicycle rides and horse riding offer enriching personal exploration of the pure beauty discovered on Mauritius.
Keep-fit exercises such as yoga and aquarobics are regularly organised. The Sports Team is happy to arrange jogging partners, and jogging maps are also available at the Fitness Centre.
The calm waters of the cove are ideal for kayaks, pedal boats, banana-boat and tube rides, as well as complimentary water-skiing; whereas the coral-sea lagoon on the ocean side is better suited for snorkelling, windsurfing, kite surfing, Hobiecats, monohull Lasers, and small-game fishing.
The resort’s new Kite Surfing Centre provides private kite surfing courses for all levels, from total beginners to advanced riders. The vast white sand beach, beautiful flat water lagoon and challenging reef waves make the resort the finest kite surfing destination on the island.
Water skiers and board riders can enjoy water ski and wake board courses with the instructor from JBWA school.
All water sports are offered complimentary, with the exception of kite surfing, JBWA instruction, fishing, parasailing adventures and banana boat, tube and speedboat rides, which are available for a nominal price.
With a lagoon that longs to be played in, the Boathouse provides a wide variety of activities including water- skiing, Hobie Cats, kayaks, snorkelling and more.
More than three million enthusiasts have blossomed under the Peter Burwash International Tennis Academy, and guests at One&Only Le Saint Geran can do so, too. Five north-facing synthetic grass courts are surrounded by palm trees and the lagoon, and illuminated by floodlights at night. The resort’s tennis pro, an expert in the Burwash training programme, is also available for individual coaching.
