The resort has one signature fine dining restaurant, serving international and indigenous delicacies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The award-winning menu features east-meets-west dishes and the al fresco terrace is a mesmerising setting for a romantic meal whilst looking out over the reserve. Above the restaurant is the Hajar Terrace Bar.

At the Timeless Spa guests can unwind in the sauna, Jacuzzi, ice pool or steam room, whilst international spa therapists are on-hand for a variety of beauty, wellness and rejuvenation therapies. There is also a private Rasoul chamber and a hydrotherapy bath, along with private massage rooms for couples.

Being set within the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve means guests are in the midst of a natural habitat, which is well looked after by conservation staff at the resort. An experienced field guide will accompany guests on exciting excursions in the mornings and afternoons, including sunset camel treks, nature walks in the desert, safaris and early morning falconry displays. For an additional fee, the field guide can take guests on an exhilarating x4 drive in the big sand dunes outside the resort.
