At Canne Bianche we like tempting you with the delicacies of our cuisine, but at the same time we have close to our heart your body shape. That’s the reason why we suggest switching between your laziest moments in the sun and a cardio programme which will help you alleviate stress and body tensions as well as putting a smile on your face through the joyful rush of endorphins. Our fitness area, located just next to the Spa, has all the latest Technogym equipment and gives our guests the chance to train at any time of the day. For those who would prefer, instead, focusing mostly on their mind balance, there will be yoga lessons to be taken in our garden cuddled by a gentle breeze. These lessons need to be booked a couple of days in advance and require a minimum of two people.

An extremely careful but never intrusive service, supported by our professional and expert maître, will guide you through the tastiest dishes ever. Every detail of the T_imo Restaurant has been chosen conscientiously and all the decorations, from our well-known “pumi” to the traditional ceramics, help to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.  We have embraced the philosophy of “total white” because, as the traditional Apulian raw stone, it emphasizes the bright colors of our region. The picturesque outdoor terrace, surrounded by plants and flowers of the Mediterranean, is the perfect setting for outdoor dining.

Typical Apulian Night
The Apulian dinner is a lovely event arranged on the terraces next to our T_imo restaurant.
It is a lovely way to let our guests know about Puglia through its tradition and culture.
It usually starts at 8.00 pm and goes ahead until late at night. We offer a very rich buffet with traditional Apulian dishes and a few “live” food corners, such as the “casaro corner”, which will show our guests how mozzarella cheese and burrata cheese are made; a mixed grill with both fish and meat such as the popular “Apulian bombette”, the most appreciated kind of meat of the Valle d’Itria; finally you should taste the very popular “panzerotti”, which are made of the same dough as pizza, filled with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and then fried. The evening is livening up with a group of “pizzica” dancers- the folk and well-known Apulian dance- who will make this evening even more pleasant. The wheat harvest show will entertain you with the aim of discovering how rural life used to be like.
