The 5 star hotel affords you luxury and comfort. The 17 exclusive junior suites are housed in the small 2 storey villas which are set around the large pool area. Here you can enjoy your luxury holiday in a private setting.

In addition to the luxurious amenities in the standard rooms of our 5 star hotel, the junior suites have a spacious living and sleeping area to allow you peace and privacy. Exclusive designer furniture fits in wonderfully with the harmonious design of the suites. The bathrooms too leave nothing to be desired, incorporating a bathtub with hydro-massage jets, a separate shower and Bvlgari brand toiletries – the bathrooms alone are also more spacious than in the standard rooms.

The fully air-conditioned rooms, which can also be heated, in addition to all the usual amenities feature a CD and DVD player and wireless internet connection. At reception we have a wide selection of DVDs which you can borrow free of charge. The flatscreen televisions in the rooms are made by the renowned Geman manufacturer Loewe, and are already programmed to receive a large number of international channels. Our friendly staff bring water, fresh fruit and a daily newspaper to your room each day.

In our spacious SPA area you will encounter the tranquility to restore your wellbeing in mind, body and soul. Total relaxation can be enjoyed in the salt water pool (30º) with water massage-jets, sauna and steam room. With your health, beauty and wellbeing in mind there are a wide
variety of treatments to choose from comprising of massage, aromatherapy, Rasul, Cleopatra cream bath and beauty treatments for the face and body. Beauty treatments are always carried out under the

Luxury Restaurant

At the Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia on Gran Canaria the evening meals are of the highest standard. You can dine either in the stylishly decorated, air-conditioned indoor restaurant area – while there don’t forget to take a look at the elaborate Portuguese wall tiles – or outdoors on the spacious restaurant terrace. We also serve daily breakfast buffet here, a sumptuous spread that leaves nothing to be desired.

In the Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia you will find the Piano Bar located below the restaurant. In the evenings on Gran Canaria you can enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere of our bar, with live background music. Our pianist will entertain you all evening – with a selection of upbeat lounge music.

From the restaurant terrace you can look out on to the spaciously laid out pool area, and the idyllic 2 storey colonial-style villas which house the rooms and suites of our hotel on Gran Canaria. The thousand year old palm grove, which can be seen from the terrace, captures the authentic maritime feel of Gran Canaria and is a soothing oasis of calm.
