Anassa’s award-winning Thalassa Spa showcases a holistic approach to wellbeing. Thalassa Spa is an experiential spa that embraces all aspects of wellbeing, offering guests the option of indulging in a one-off treatment, or immersing themselves in 4-10 day retreats or detoxifying programmes. The aim is to provide guests with tailored therapies specific to their individual needs as well as to re-educate on lifestyle techniques, such as nutrition, that can be worked into their daily lives long after their holiday in Cyprus.
