Hilltop Hideaway with Luxury Villas, a Serene Spa and White-Sand Beach
Le Domaine de L’Orangeraie Resort & Spa is a stunning hilltop hideaway on the island of La Digue.
Each unique luxury villa cascades down the hillside, leading to the tranquil Anse Severe Beach. At the bottom of the slope are the contemporary Garden Villas, giving way to the Villas de Charme, with their more natural furnishings and outdoor bathrooms. The higher rooms have the best sea and sunset views.
Facilities at this four-star Zen-like retreat include a breathtaking spa offering world-class treatments, two restaurants serving Creole and international cuisine, a stunning infinity pool overlooking the bay and a sleek sundeck. Guests can also hire bikes to explore La Digue, play watersports and go snorkelling in the glistening lagoon’s coral reef. Excursions to nearby islands are also available, as well as a day cruise on a catamaran, discovering the island’s perfect beaches, secluded coves and secret strands, and a helicopter trip offering a bird’s eye view of the islands.
For a unique luxury holiday to the Seychelles, this treehouse-style resort provides intimacy for couples in a rustic setting.
