Day 1

Arrival Day

Arrive in Cape Town and be whisked away to your luxurious home from home. One&Only Cape Town is a premiere urban chic resort with captivating views of Table Mountains.From its enviable location in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the resort is a destination unto itself.

Day 2

Explore Cape Town

Ride the revolving cable car to the sky on Table Mountain; shop at the V&A Waterfront, one of Africa’s premier shopping destinations; stand on the edge of the world at Cape Point or delve into South Africa’s past at Robben Island, the prison that once held one of the world’s greatest heroes, Nelson Mandela.

Day 3

More Exploring

On a visit to Cape Town’s City Centre and Waterfront, the history and multi-culture of Cape Town comes to life. See St. George’s Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in Southern Africa, built out of sandstone from Table Mountain. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront close to your hotel shows off Cape Town’s vibrant waterfront where seals frolic and boat cruises are enjoyed in sparkling seas, finished off with a myriad of shopping, eating and entertainment opportunities, including the impressive Two Oceans Aquarium.

Day 4

Transfer by road to Mont Rochelle, Franschhoek

Settle in and explore the local area. Franschhoek is a  charmingly small town near Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape province, nestled in a beautiful valley between towering mountains. It’s known as the country’s food and wine capital, and for good reason. The town was founded in 1688 by French Huguenot settlers, and its rich history and cultural heritage are still evident today. Franschhoek is home to some of South Africa’s most renowned wineries, and the surrounding vineyards produce world-class wines. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings at many of the estates, or simply relax and take in the stunning scenery. The town itself is also charming, with tree-lined streets, Cape Dutch architecture, and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Day 5

Tour the area

Winemaking is a centuries-old pastime in this area, and there is no shortage of estates that are well known for the craft. Take a tour wines of the Constantia, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch regions, and learn some of the local  history along the way.

Day 6

Hike or Bike

With its beautiful scenery, world-class wines, and charming town, Franschhoek is a popular destination so explore some more. Hike or bike through the mountains, explore the Huguenot Memorial Museum, or visit the Franschhoek Motor Museum. There are also a number of art galleries and antique shops in town.

Day 7

Transfer to Cape Town by Road

Fly from Cape Town to Mauritius (via Johannesburg)

Day 8-14

Relax and enjoy the beautiful Island of Mauritius

The volcanic island of Mauritius is one of the Indian Ocean’s most cosmopolitan islands. Situated just a few hours from South Africa, it is here that a fusion of cultures, soaring mountain peaks, dense rainforests and tropical climate meets powder-white beaches, lush vegetation, fantastic scuba diving and snorkelling and championship golf courses – all bound lovingly by a truly fascinating history.

From beautiful temples to the hustle and bustle of the capital city of Port Louis and the dramatic beauty of the Black River Gorges National Park, Mauritius encircles a world of unique sensations, exotic smells, fusion cuisines, and inspirational sights. Most of all, though, it’s renowned for its beautiful tropical beaches – including Belle Mare, Flic En Flac, Grand Baie, Le Morne, Blue Bay and beyond.
