Try the delicious lobster bisque followed by pan-seared Bultarra Saltbush lamb cutlets. Cayenne Grill serves delicious seafood and meat with Indian flavours. Lime Restaurant is a lavish restaurant with a buffet breakfast – expect chilled Champagne, succulent seafood and Asian plates alongside classic cooked breakfasts – as well as hearty lunches and a la carte international and Maldivian meals.

The underwater world at Baros is amazing – the house reef is perfect for snorkelling, whilst there are 30 dive sites within an hour of the resort.
