Daily Moments 

Every evening in the hotel’s lobby we will serve delicious must-try local sweets together with a Greek coffee – Elliniko Kafe, which will be prepared the old fashioned way, using very finely ground coffee beans, served in the traditional hammered Copper Serving Tray.

Guests will be able to take the recipe of the served sweet, so that they can make it at home.The fresh sweet creations will be made by our pastry chef and will be inspired of course by the local cuisine!

Weekly Moments

Exciting trips and classes are available such as The Governor, a family of local olive oil experts, each week will go through the history of the olive oil and the old Venetian groves at Miramare that date back to 1400-1500.

In a truly wonderful Mediterranean setting with spectacular sea views and in the form of tour and storytelling, the specialist will explain to guests all the stages of olive oil harvesting, processing and extracting, giving them the opportunity to taste fine extra virgin and flavored olive oils accompanied by flavorsome tapas. This exploration will occur once a week and it will include a guided tour in our four century old olive grove.
