Carlisle Bay Antigua

The Garden Suites boast a spacious, split-level, open-plan bedroom/sitting room. With king-size beds sleeping up to two adults, two pairs of Garden Suites also interconnect to suit families or groups of friends. Garden Suites have lush, tropical garden views and partial ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Outside, relax on the balcony or covered terrace.

Ocean Suites offer sweeping views of the water from their floor-to-ceiling windows. The suites are spacious with an open-plan bedroom/sitting room, with a king-size bed.

Accommodates: 3 adults/children (12 years plus only).

There are only four exclusive Carlisle Suites, each comprising two king-size beds and one twin-bed and all en-suite. There is a large sitting room extending onto an outdoor terrace. Carlisle Suite A also boasts a kitchen whilst Suite B has an L-shaped terrace offering uninterrupted views. Ideal for sharing with other couples or for small family groups.

With half the 500m crescent beach designed for families and the other half for adults and couples, Carlisle Bay allows everyone to enjoy a perfect getaway. Located on the family half of the resort, the Beach Balcony Suites come with a studio-style king-bedded master bedroom with direct views of the bay and a second bedroom with twin beds so you do not need a second suite.

The Beach Balcony Suites are upper-level suites with a second bedroom with twin beds, making the rooms appropriate for two adults and two children, with cribs available for babies. The balcony of the master bedroom looks towards the beach.

Accommodates: 2 adults and 2 children (6-15 years old only) or 3 adults and 2 children (crib available for babies).

The Beach Terrace Suite rooms are positioned on the ground level to provide direct beach access. The configuration is the same as the Beach Balcony Suites – with a second twin bedroom accommodating children up to the age of 15 (cribs are available for babies). The ease of stepping out on to the sand is what makes these rooms stand out. Outdoor living is also provided for as in all of our suites with a terrace, day beds and dining area for the family to get together.

The Blue Spa is a large facility with six treatment rooms, including a couple’s treatment room and a wet room, a treatment range from Natura Bissé, a sauna, plunge pools, a hair salon, juice bar and state-of-the-art gymnasium with Technogym equipment and a team of personal trainers.

There are nine tennis courts, four which are floodlit. Rackets, shoes and a ball machine are complimentary. Professional tuition is available for all ages and all standards, as group lessons or privately.

A variety of non-motorised watersports are available including Hobi cat sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling. Local boat excursions and snorkelling trips are organised to local reefs.

Scuba-diving activities, managed by a group of experienced PADI professionals, are available for the novice to the experienced diver on Cades Reef, only five minutes by boat.

Cool Kids Club is a purpose-built, fully-equipped facility with large shaded terrace, jungle gym, sandpit, paddling pool and four mini-tennis courts. The club is open to children from six months to 12 years old, Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.15pm. There is no charge for children aged from three years, and rates of $15 per hour plus service and tax for babies and toddlers.

Enjoy exciting pan-Asian food in a stunning contemporary setting at East, and throughout the day, On The Beach offers delicious healthy grills, barbeques, seafood and salads. The hotel also has three bars: the relaxing Indigo On The Beach bar with juices, afternoon tea and cocktails; the Pavilion Bar opposite East with piano or jazz music every evening, and the informal Jetty Bar with views along the beach.
