Beach Villas
Beach Villas at One&Only Reethi Rah are set along their own stretch of private white-sand beach and offer beautiful ocean views. Each one has a large veranda with sunbed and outdoor seating area, along with an external shower, spacious and comfortable interiors and 30cm posturepedic mattresses included. There are 4 types of Beach Villa to choose from: Beach Villa, Beach Villa with Pool, Grand Beach Villa with Pool and Two Villa Residence with Pool.
Beach Villas are 144 square metres in size and come with either a king-size bed or 2 Queen-size beds. These have direct ocean views and provide access to a private stretch of beach from the bed.

Beach Villas with Pool also have either 1 king or 2 Queen-size beds but are slightly larger at 207 square metres and come with a 23 square metre sized private outdoor pool. These also feature an external dining area with daybed shaded by trees and stretching out towards the ocean.

Grand Beach Villas are the largest villas at One&Only Reethi Rah at an impressive 368 square metres. Nestled against the island’s natural greenery and with their own stretch of private beach, these feature 2 bedrooms, separate dining and sitting rooms, a spacious bathroom with soaking tub designed for 2 and a shaded veranda with seating area, canopied day bed and 50 square metre sized private pool.

Two Villa Residences with Pool are ideal for families and consist of 2 villas, one at 144 square metres in size and the other at 207 square metres, which are set 5 metres apart and joined together by an external walkway. There is a King-size bed in one villa and 2 Queens in the other villa, with both featuring an outdoor shower and veranda and both sharing a 23 square metre sized pool.

Water Villas
Water Villas at One&Only Reethi Rah are set above the clear waters of the lagoon and are connected to the island by a system of walkways. These are clustered together and with only 4 villas in each cluster – facing in different directions – these provide a private and serene setting in which to enjoy your luxury holiday in the Maldives. There are 3 types of Water Villa to choose from: Water Villa, Water Villa with Pool and Grand Water Villa with Pool.
Water Villas are 185 square metres in size and come with a netted, wraparound hammock on the deck’s outer rim from which you can luxuriate over the water and below the stars.

Grand Water Villa with Pool villas feature a separate dining and sitting area, a 23 square metre sized private infinity pool, a 13 square metre sized private Jacuzzi and platforms for sunbeds. Surrounded by chic decking that is perfect for outdoor dining, these sit on stilts over the Indian Ocean and offer spectacular views.

Grand Residence
The largest villa at One&Only Reethi Rah, the Grand Residence provides over 2,000 square metres of private beachfront luxury. Closed off by an electronic gate and reached via a private road, this unique and exclusive residence is the very epitome of Maldives luxury. Holidays here offer an exploratory element as guests have the use of 2 exclusive four-seater golf carts in which to navigate around the island’s 44 hectares. Alternatively you can choose to relax on the largest stretch of beach on the island, surrounded by lush, natural greenery. The Grand Residence comprises of 2 separate villas, the first of which has 2 bedrooms – each with a spacious bathroom containing soaking tubs designed for 2 – plus separate dining and sitting areas. The master bedroom has an oversized King bed, a bar equipped with a SMEG Wine Cellar bar, espresso and tea-making machines and a built-in steam and Rain shower room for 2 that provides access to the lagoon. The second bedroom is a twin with its own amenities and has 2 Queen sized beds and bathroom facilities. Rabarbaro
Located at one of the most picturesque spots on the island, overlooking the iconic infinity pool, Rabarbaro serves casual, freshly prepared Italian Fare. From the restaurant deck or the bar, gaze out to where the turquoise ocean meets endless azure skies.
Rah Bar
The Rah Bar is adjacent to the main swimming pool serving refreshing drinks and light snacks throughout the day. In the evening the venue turns into a vibrant cocktail bar that offers live music, a fine collection of vintage rums from the Indian Ocean and Caribbean islands and much more.
Tapasake
Tapasake has a stylish and contemporary design and offers Japanese cuisine with a modern twist in tapas-style small portions. Serving Sushi, Sashimi and more for dinner only, and requiring a reservation, this innovative restaurant receives regular fresh deliveries from around the world and features a unique outdoor area with 4 Teppanyaki stations.
Fanditha
On the northernmost point of the island is Fanditha, an exotic beach restaurant and bar, with carpets in the sand, chill-out swing sofas and giant cushions. Meaning “magic” in Dhivehi, Fanditha specialises in Middle Eastern food serving mezzes, grills, dips and freshly baked saaj Arabic bread. The best location on the island to see the magnificent Maldivian sunsets, guests can lounge on inviting daybeds facing the ocean to watch the sun sink under the horizon during the ‘Magical Hours’. The boho-chic décor is accented with vintage brass hurricane lamps, flickering candles, richly patterned Arabian rugs and crystal chandeliers suspended from palm trees. Chef’s Garden
This is open for dinner on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (reservations are required to dine on Sundays) and offers a unique al fresco dining experience set amidst the Reethi Rah’s famous Orchid Garden back drop. The food at Chef’s Garden is prepared using locally-sourced organic and sustainable produce and you can watch as the chefs select ingredients from the surrounding gardens and prepare a delicious feast in front of your very own eyes…
The Beach Club at ClubOne
This is a new venue and serves fresh seafood, salads and grills for lunch at an impressive beach location. A resident DJ plays soothing music during the afternoon, a beach bar serves refreshing beverages and there is also a selection of Shisha to enjoy from the comfort of your sun lounger.
