A sumptuous breakfast offers both Western and local specialities, as well as a selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices. The atmosphere of the restaurant and cuisine changes to an à la carte menu in the evening. The heady spices of Mauritius are combined with international recipes, producing a fusion of enticing flavours.
